Beyond Organic is a new beauty boutique offering all-natural, organic products from a range of imported brands alongside a selection of spa treatments. Inspired by the story of Noah’s Ark, the walls feature animal cut-outs, and the beauty products are retailed in pairs. The first beauty range to be retailed is German brand Amala, which partners with fair trade farmers around the world to support traditional agriculture, and reinvests 5% of all profits back to the producers. Amala skincare products are also used for the boutique’s facial and body treatments. The store’s façade and interior walls are constructed from a sustainable cork material.

開業數月，spa的設計還未完成，但 Gary並不著急，他認為未完成的好處是可以留點改變的空間，看來他將會為 farm The Organic Spa 不斷帶來新驚喜。Gary 說: 這間spa沒有特定的風格，也跟其他的spa不一樣，它的特色是一進來就知道這是 farm The Organic Spa，我深信客人都會很喜歡它。 不錯，在spa逗留了2個多小時仍沒有離去的意欲，每個細節都很細心，真想繼續待上大半天，可惜我們都有一大埋做不完的工作，只好找個假期再來。

全港首間有機水療中心
雖然香港也有水療中心以有機美容品進行的療程，但打正有機旗號的水療中心卻只此一間。Farm The Organic Spa 佔地四千多平方尺，店內裝潢由著名室內設計師 Gary Chang 親自操刀，以折射、綠化及簡約為概念，把護理房間設計成八間綠色概念園亭，每個園亭皆可藉著四周鏡面的折射，將遠山樹木相連，其中三個園亭更與私家花園連接，讓你一嘗在綠色的私人空間內體驗面部及身體按摩等療程。
